1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by RaqsDreams, including:
Group dance classes
Private dance sessions
Workshops and special events
Online and hybrid classes
Bookings made directly or via third-party platforms
By booking or participating in any service, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Registration & Booking
Classes can be booked online via our website or approved third-party platforms.
A booking is considered binding once payment is completed or confirmed.
RaqsDreams reserves the right to refuse registrations without stating reasons.
3. Payments
Payments may be made online, in advance, or via third-party booking/payment platforms.
Prices displayed on the website are final unless otherwise stated.
Any additional fees charged by third-party platforms are outside our responsibility.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Group Classes
Missed group classes are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Class schedules may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances.
Private Classes
Private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Online Classes
Access details are provided after booking.
Refunds are not available once access has been granted.
5. Validity & Expiry of Class Packages
Class packages (group or private) are valid for the period specified at purchase.
Unused sessions after the expiry date cannot be refunded or transferred unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Changes & Cancellations by RaqsDreams
RaqsDreams reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to illness, insufficient participants, or other valid reasons.
In such cases, participants will be offered a replacement date or credit.
7. Participation & Health
Participation in classes is at the participant’s own risk.
Clients confirm they are physically fit to take part in dance activities.
RaqsDreams is not liable for injuries unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
8. Liability
RaqsDreams is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
No liability is assumed for loss or damage of personal belongings.
9. Image & Video Use
Classes and events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
By participating, clients consent to the use of such material unless they object in writing in advance.
10. Online Platforms & Third Parties
When bookings are made via third-party platforms, their respective terms and conditions apply in addition to these Terms.
RaqsDreams is not responsible for technical issues on external platforms.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
12. Governing Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, where legally permissible.
13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
